All in all, top quality with very friendly staff; a stay that was a lot of fun.

The palace was very nice, well‑located and very clean, yet there was no staff at check‑in or check‑out, an issue arose with the payment that I had to resolve by offering alternative payment methods, and the restaurant was closed so we had to find another place for dinner.

The room was nice and the location very good, but staff shortages meant breakfast was poorly prepared—there were almost no rolls, the cold cuts were okay, and the coffee machine was broken.

The room was very beautiful with a great view of Rabenstein reservoir, but neither the room nor the breakfast area were air‑conditioned and it was unfortunately very hot that day.
