The room was huge and had an amazing view of the Alps—no complaints at all.

The hotel sits in a great spot, easy walk to the city and the Hofgarten, plenty of parking when seminars aren't in full swing, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is a faint traffic hum in some rooms, and the lobby feels a bit warm with no shade.

The place is well situated, but the carpet in the room had tiny bugs and silverfish were present.

The room was super comfy with a roomy shower, the location is close to the city centre and the staff were friendly. Just keep in mind it's more of a congress centre than a traditional hotel, so the vibe is a bit different than you might expect.
