The location was excellent and the staff were helpful, but there were pigeons at the pool.

“Péssima.”

The bedroom window wall was completely moldy; they had painted over the mold, but the curtain bar was also moldy and the curtain itself was stained white from the paint, giving off a bad smell. The wall felt cold from the constant water seepage. The wardrobe had no fully closing doors, leaving one side open. Towels for bath and face were either stained or looked unwashed, stiff, dirty, and grimy. The bathroom lacked ventilation; after showering, the mirror and box glass fogged up, and a leak in the box soaked the whole bathroom. Both air‑conditioner vents in the room were black with dirt, mold, and bacteria, and the surrounding ceiling was black‑stained. The walls were plaster without adequate acoustic coating. We were woken several times in the middle of the night by neighboring guests talking; we called reception for help, but some guests seemed to hear us in our own room. Turning on the TV was a nightmare—the noise was deafening. The minibar had many rusty parts. The restaurant’s air‑conditioner vents were worse than the room’s, black with dirt, mold, and bacteria, and the ceiling around them was also black‑stained. There was a leak in the restaurant ceiling next to the food table, completely moldy and black. Breakfast tables had glass tops; after a guest ate, the attendant would remove the tableware, spray a liquid, and wipe with a cloth that was dirtier than the table itself, leaving the glass completely fogged from the accumulated grime.

The location was superb, and the staff—especially receptionist Fernanda—were always very kind and attentive, making everything perfect during my stay. There was nothing to complain about.

“Amei, porém falta melhorar na limpeza”

Gostei do quarto, do café, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Se o estacionamento é no prédio do hotel, não pode cobrar estacionamento, poderia cobrar caso fosse um terreno externo. Ficamos 4 diárias e o quarto só foi limpo 1 vez. E olhe que passamos muito tempo na rua. Quando saíamos colocávamos a plaquinha de limpeza, chegávamos o quarto ainda não havia limpado informando que estavam dando prioridade aos que estavam desocupando para outros entrarem. Aí nós mesmos entregávamos as toalhas pra trocar e pedíamos para retirar o lixo. Se não o caso estava pior. Teve dia de chegarmos às 17:30 e nada do quarto limpo. Queríamos tomar banho, descansar para aproveitarmos mais , então não iríamos esperar sabe lá Deus a hora pra limpar. Sabemos que são muitos quartos, contrata mais 1 pessoa pra ajudar. Verifiquem suas estadias observamos que tem quartos sem café e outros com café da manhã incluso, como também teve hospede com problema na hospedagem cancelada de última hora por causa de uma pia
