Moram pohvaliti gospođicu Jelenu sa recepcije ali i ostale djelatnice da su mi izašle u susret i pomoć kada sam ih nešto zamolila ili tražila. Nemam nikakvih primjedbi samo pohvale za osoblje

The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location right on the promenade was top. Every room was a bit dated, but still clean.

Parking at the hotel was well arranged and cost about 5.oo € per day, which I found acceptable. The room was good, the beds were comfortable, and the location right by the beach was perfect—just like the rest of Croatia, the sea water was simply great. The beach promenade was small but had everything you need. On the downside, there was no toilet paper refilled, so we had to manage that ourselves. Dining at the restaurant felt like a camp‑style setup: long lines, the breakfast bacon was placed between the cakes, and the scrambled eggs only appeared a few meters later; the plates were only brought out at the end. All the salt shakers were stuck together from the sea breeze—luckily we brought our own, but there must be a way to dry them overnight. The beach was fine, yet on 25.09 we were told our loungers were taken away. A little goodwill would have been appreciated, especially since the next few days were expected to be 28 °C and we calculated that this cost us about 5000.oo € in lost revenue. Every beachgoer reacted with total bewilderment at the action.
