Located on Valtice’s quiet outskirts, Penzion Siesta lies under 1 km from the centre and Valtice Castle. Guests enjoy a summer pool, free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioned rooms with flat‑screen TV, minibar and hair‑dryer. Breakfast buffet, on‑site wine cellar, bike rentals, darts, table tennis, terrace, children’s playground, and courtyard parking. A great spot for a trip to Moravia, close to the center and easily walkable. The inn itself is clean, and in the evenings you can sit outside on benches or lounge chairs by the pool. The self‑serve bar is a nice touch. I recommend it.

The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection, and the room was spacious with a carpet on the floor. I appreciated the self‑serve drink option that worked while staff were away, just by writing a note in the room’s notebook—thanks for the trust. The location is great for bike rides and the nearby bike rental is convenient, but the room sits on the main road and the windows lack mosquito nets.

The place is in a very good spot, close to the city centre and the town itself, and there are many wine tasting shops nearby.

The pension is lovely with a large garden, rooms are perfectly equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of parking spots for cars and extra storage for bikes in a locked area with enough sockets for charging electric bikes. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide range of dishes, and the on‑site wine cellar is a bonus. I’ll definitely visit again.

It was nice to have windows overlooking the garden, the pool was functional, clean, and the non‑stop bar system was understandable. The only issue was a non‑functional shower hose holder, but that didn’t ruin the stay 😁.
