I was assigned a room on the upper floor that was supposed to be private and whole for us, but it had no door and anyone could climb in. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

The view, pool table and pool were great. The staff were very friendly, especially the younger members, but their English communication was confusing and caused a lot of misunderstandings. You really need a motorbike to fully enjoy the area and see Sapa.

The view and the pool were beautiful. The gym lacked basic amenities like a fan and air conditioning.
