“Semplicità e cordialità”

Breakfast is prepared in the house’s kitchen at a single table, like in a family. The house is very pretty and well cared for in every detail. Each room has its own bathroom, but it is outside the room. Free Wi‑Fi is available. A big dog greets you and accompanies you inside the property. The owner is friendly and very determined, having decided after a long period abroad to return to Sardinia and invest in this project.

The peace of the residence, Alessandra’s availability, and the friendliness of her four‑legged friend Ettore, who is always there and quiet, were great. The place is a few minutes by car from Marceddí, a typical fishing‑boat village used mainly as a summer residence by nearby locals, accessed by crossing the San Giovanni pond on a one‑way alternating road to the wild and beautiful Costa Verde. It’s hard to say otherwise.

“A casa di Alessandra ed Ettore”

It was truly enjoyable to receive the attentions of the owner and her sweet dog; the breakfast with local specialties was excellent, and the family‑like atmosphere of the place was very relaxing. The advice given for visiting the most beautiful spots and the best local restaurants was very helpful. The only note about the bathroom: it is private but not inside the room; you access it from the corridor, just outside the room.
