The spot was perfect, just a stroll from the local bars and shops, but you do have to shell out for parking.

The location was superb, the room was quiet and roomy, but I’m not a fan of the paper cups and stirrers they use for coffee, which seems standard even at upscale places like the Hyatt.

The place is great for the Pike, restaurants, and the shoreline walk to the beach; the heated pool is nice, though the hot tub was shut down. We had a noisy neighbour at midnight, but the reception handled it well, which we appreciated – thanks! Parking costs a lot, but the valet service is lovely.
