Guests enjoy free Wi‑Fi, a continental breakfast, a restaurant serving local and national cuisine, a bar, and a wellness area with sauna and steam bath. Complimentary shuttle connects to KA Berlaba ski slope (Jan‑Mar).

The hotel is easy to get to and in a great spot that lets you reach the city center in just a few minutes. The room feels warm and gives a mountain‑like vibe. The only drawback was breakfast: the selection was limited, and I’d have liked more local items like preserves, cured meats, cheeses, strüdel, or other sweets.

The spot’s strategic for getting to many sights, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet, the bathroom modest, and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the on‑site restaurant. The building feels a bit old but is functional and clean. Shout‑out to the front‑desk manager who was very courteous and attentive to every request. On the downside, the mattresses were too firm, the minibar lacked items, and there was no kettle for tea in the room. The single bed was too short for an adult, the bathroom had no window but a very noisy fan at night, and the radiators were barely on, barely warming the room when it was 1 °C outside.
