The cleanliness, location, newly renovated bathrooms, and very comfortable beds were all positive.

The staff were polite and the Wi‑Fi was very good. However, the room wasn’t clean; I found hair from previous guests on the floor and in the bathroom. The walls were overly thin, so you could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The elevator was broken, so you had to walk up to the 5th floor. The room didn’t have a TV.

A great spot if you’re heading to Movistar Arena; everything was spot‑on: reception, staff, cleanliness, quietness, and the location was superb. A supermarket is right across the street and cafés line the block. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a TV.
