The room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the beautiful panoramic view from the window during breakfast. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, ready to assist, advise, and explain everything. Overall, the hotel left a nice impression. All the interesting spots are easily reachable either on foot or by a few stops on public transport—Little Venice, Old Town, Boulevard, Nagorny Park, and the observation deck are all close by. Getting to the center of Heydar Aliyev only requires a ride (better to avoid peak hour). In a nearby shop and on the street there's a vending machine where you can top up your Bakicart. I wasn’t entirely clear on the cleaning policy: over the three days in the room, it seemed nothing happened—no trash was taken out, perhaps I should have requested it each time, but despite that, the room remained clean.
