The Junior Suite contains a bedroom with two beds and a crib, accommodating up to three guests. The private bathroom includes a shower and a bidet, and the suite is air‑conditioned with sound‑proof walls. Entertainment features a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, a minibar and a tea‑and‑coffee maker.
The spot was excellent for exploring Palermo’s center. The beds were very comfy, and the air‑conditioning was a must in August with the heat. The shower in the bathroom was tiny, barely enough space to move.

The rooms were clean, the fitness studio was okay. Beware of extra spa fees—35 € per hour per person is insane! We ended up paying a lot, and I think the coffee at breakfast is also an additional charge on top of the 15 € per person. Parking was tight and pricey—25 € per day. The surrounding area wasn’t very appealing, more like a ghetto.
The building was pretty, clean, and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Only the location mattered. I booked a suite, but it was a disaster: no cleaning, swarms of ants (see photos), no maintenance, and the parking was only for small cars. The staff’s behavior made it feel like a two‑star place. Breakfast was a joke, and overall I’d expect stricter oversight to protect guests who pay for what they don’t get.
