I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Duc, Hoan, and Dung for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience

I recently stayed at Nava Hotel and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check‑in that made me feel instantly at home. The room was nice, the staff friendly, the food perfect, and the pool beautiful. Everything was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with its beautifully designed and spacious rooms and surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Hoan and Duc, who made our one-night stay truly enjoyable. We were so satisfied that we're already planning to come back and recommend this lovely hotel to our friends.
