“Esperienza Pessima Ottobre 2026”
I was stunned. We stayed at NH Milano2 in Segrate at the start of October 2026. The brochure promised a beautiful spot in the middle of a park, but the hotel was surrounded by a totally neglected pond, stagnant, dirty, and stinking water. Even in October, our rooms on the 3rd floor were full of flies, mosquitoes, and insects coming from the pond. I can’t even imagine what it would be like in the height of summer. We had three rooms. On Sunday we left at 9:30 and returned at 13:30: no room was cleaned. Zero. At 15:30, while my colleague was resting, they came to do the cleaning. I left my room out of courtesy, but they didn’t clean his. So, in short: dirty outside, insects inside, and rooms not cleaned even in the early afternoon. For a hotel that claims 4‑star status, it’s disgraceful. No service, no cleaning. Absolutely avoid. We’ll never come back.
