The spot is right near the town centre, the breakfast was solid, and getting in touch with the staff was easy through a simple phone call or WhatsApp.

The place was spotless, the welcome was warm, and the breakfast was great – highly recommended! If you’re heading down Via degli Dei, the hotel isn’t on the route; you’ll need to detour about 5 km from San Agata, though you can rejoin the road nearby.

The location is perfect for exploring Scarperia and the Mugello circuit, with local restaurants and shops within walking distance and free parking just outside. Check‑in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast offered typical Italian pastries, fruit, yoghurts and meats, and coffee was freshly brewed on demand. However, it can get quite noisy at night when other guests return, and the door buzzer is very loud—small enough that you can hear everything until they’re in their room.

Sehr freundliches Personal guter Kaffee. Frühstück typisch italienisch Bad für Personen über 175 cm nicht geeignet lässt sich aber aufgrund des Alters vom Gebäude nicht ändern Zimmer Tausch war jedoch unproblematisch
