We chose this spot after several tweaks during a Northern Italy tour around Lake Como, and it turned out to be Garlate and Hotel Nuovo. We spent four nights there and then set off to see the lake’s unique sights. We walked both shores and even took a multi‑hour boat trip to view these amazing places from the water. The hotel was a nicely renovated building, fully equipped with every comfort. The staff were attentive, direct, and friendly. The buffet breakfast offered a varied and generous spread. Nearby there were shops, eateries, park strolls, and places ideal for relaxation and leisure. On our arrival day, we could even watch a spectacular fireworks show from our balcony. We’d gladly come back and can only recommend the place.
