“Hotel gradevole”

The location is great, about 20‑25 minutes to several key spots in London. The staff are very kind and smile a lot, the area is quiet and we felt safe. The bed was replaced and the towels were cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend it. The only two small issues were: 1) there was an intermittent noise in the room, like a fan, sometimes very loud, so not ideal for light sleepers; 2) the carpet emitted a slightly unpleasant smell during the first five days. We kept the windows open hoping it would fade, but nothing happened… I didn’t ask the staff for anything because we thought it was a permanent odor, but later it was cleaned and the smell disappeared.

“Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”

Every morning there was coffee, tea, juice, fruit, croissants, and toast with a variety of toppings as a complimentary breakfast, which I really liked and it sweetened our start to the day. The staff were very friendly and always took care of us when something was needed. It was also much cleaner than other English accommodations I’ve stayed in before, which was great. Tea, coffee, a kettle, and packaged biscuits were in the room, which was nice. The location is really good, almost directly at the Elisabeth Line station, so we got to the city quickly. The only downside was that there was no hair dryer, which wasn’t good for my hair. I couldn’t find one in the room.

The room was spacious and the location was perfect for the event I was attending. I also appreciated that the hotel offered a free intercontinental breakfast for guests. Thank you. The layout can be confusing; there are too many turns and doors, so you can get lost in the hotel.

“Good room but a bit noisy and too much light”

The room was large and the staff, especially housekeeping and the night reception man on the day I checked in, were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The curtain was somewhat ineffective because a lot of light came in. Overall, it was a bit noisy—I could hear other guests halfway through the room and some neighbors from the building in front and next to my room. Another issue was that they only provided one large towel per person instead of a large and a small one, even though the next day housekeeping gave us more without a problem. It was a bit expensive for two nights, but I booked it a few hours in advance, so it wasn’t too bad.
