Calling the front desk gives you laundry service, very thoughtful. The room assigned to me had a metal sheet next to it, and the sound of rain hitting the metal was so loud it was impossible to sleep.
They can’t organize themselves, the first night they couldn’t find my accommodation. I stayed in my friend’s room. The next day I was assigned a room. During that process the key was lost in the hotel’s luggage. The room smelled and the bed had a hair washing machine.
