Most staff are Taiwanese, so communication is smooth and they’re eager to help; you can drop off luggage first and even buy a snow ticket to store your snowboard. Occasionally the front desk is empty and a sign tells guests to call for assistance, but many foreign guests have SIM plans that don’t allow calls, which is a bit inconvenient.
