“Comfortable King Island stay”
The Wi‑Fi was good, the room was spacious, the electric blankets and heating worked well, but some lights were broken and the TV kept losing signal.
No check in information. We couldn't get a response on phone or email. Finally responded 3 hours after our designated check in time. We had to find somewhere else to stay in the end. They were still going to charge a cancellation fee but when pushed they reneged on this which was good
“Could have been better”
The setting was lovely, but the room had its downsides. The bathroom was ridiculously small, and the mirror and hand shower were mounted way too high. To top it off, the TV didn't work at all.

We adored the self‑contained cabin that warmed up quickly in the sun, had plenty of crockery and cutlery, and a large, comfortable bed; it would have been nice to have an extra blanket for the bed and the couch.

No breakfast was provided; we couldn’t use the stove because the starter didn’t work and had to call for help, after which we were given matches; the owner or caretaker was very helpful; the bathroom mirror/window was too high for shorter people, so a wall mirror would have been useful; we expected a dining room, but it was all closed, and a laundry facility would have been handy.
