“Családok Ne! Ide ne gyertek!”
Csilivili, a fragrant hotel that loves guests. The receptionist was kind but the manager was terrible. Families NO! Don’t come! Don’t repeat the mistake we made. It wasn’t stated at booking that my kids couldn’t use the wellness area. That’s why we chose the hotel and paid a higher price. After payment, no refund, they texted us that the kids couldn’t use the wellness. When we arrived, I asked them to let us in at least half an hour before closing, the manager said NO. The hotel was empty, a normal day. The kids aren’t small (9‑11‑13). And still said no. We felt cheated, the kids cried, we were disappointed. No hospitality in an empty Csili‑vili hotel. If anyone can, stay far away. I sent our complaint to Booking.
The rooms are nice and spacious, the bathroom very roomy. The location is optimal and you can park for free. The SPA area, plus the pool with thermal water, is wonderful. You get a bath towel and a bathrobe. If you want, you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food at Restaurant Bernarda is excellent and Bernarda Pizza & Pasta is very good. The staff are very nice and everything is very clean. The pool loungers are cleaned every day. All top! We will definitely come back.
I think the price for breakfast was too high. Breakfast is included in the stay.
Large room and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, big. The room has a small balcony which is plenty. Clean and tidy. The hotel is nicely decorated, free parking. The indoor and outdoor pool is warm. Staff very friendly and show you everything you need. Maybe work a bit on breakfast. Expand the food selection.

A small town in a fixed location, with historical background, a working hot spring. The hotel is modern, clean, good wellness. The staff are impeccable, kind. Breakfast and dinner were tasty. The restaurant looks onto a nice park. Parking is free. The room view was zero because it faced the houses, coffee machine smell, no kettle.
