“Un gran peccato. . .”
The room was spacious, beautiful and very clean, which I appreciated right from the start. Yet the stay was marred by several serious issues. The jacuzzi, a key reason I chose this place, turned out unusable: when the jets were turned on, the water filled with an undefined black substance, likely due to scale or poor maintenance. I immediately contacted the manager and sent a video to document the problem, but received no concrete support or genuine interest in fixing it. The property is advertised on Booking as having a balcony, but the balcony was dirty and essentially inaccessible because the perimeter wall had obvious plaster detachment, raising safety concerns. It’s a shame because the room itself deserves its size, cleanliness and comfort. However, I believe the listed amenities should be fully usable, and when guests document problems, management should pay more attention.
The facility is very clean and welcoming, and the room is spacious. No parking spot was provided for guests.

The cleanliness was impeccable, the jacuzzi was great, the location was quiet, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows, Netflix, and all the comforts. The night before, we were asked what we wanted for breakfast; we agreed on a croissant, cappuccino, and a fresh juice. Only the croissants arrived. I called to ask why, and the owner said he was ill and couldn’t bring anything else; I would have preferred a message to inform us instead of having to call.
The apartment is very nice and well maintained, and the manager is very kind. The location is a bit neglected and far from the sea; the view is stunning only on the way there, not from the apartment itself.
The room was tidy and clean, with all the necessary comforts. The owner was uniquely accommodating. P.S. I had forgotten my charger, and they even offered to ship it to me. Compliments.
