The room wasn’t ready for check‑in even after 4 pm, so we had to wait; the tub was rusty, the air conditioner didn’t cool the room, the thermostat read 60 while it felt like 78, the breakfast was awful with non‑brand products—cereal tasted bad, the boiled egg was cold—and they should just stop offering breakfast; I’m glad we only stayed one night because I would have cancelled any additional nights.

The location was convenient for my destinations and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, but the breakfast didn't meet my standards because there were many gnats and other flying insects in the bread pantry, the selection was limited and lacked fresh protein or freshly prepared items, and the lobby presentation could have been more welcoming with better care and thought.
