The staff were courteous, helpful and honest. I had booked for my wife for my hospitalization, and they deducted a tourist tax because I had listed two people. The thermostat made the room a bit cold and the adjustment didn't work well. I understand that the law limits temperatures, but it was frustrating to deal with these restrictions.
