I was upgraded to a room with an outdoor jacuzzi, the space was generous, and breakfast was good. However, there is no walkway from the hotel to the boulevard, the air‑conditioning struggled to cool the room even though the outside temperature was only 25‑27 °C and the humidity stayed high, the shower was luxurious with two rainheads but the floor was warped so water pooled and seeped into the room, and there was no towel rack to dry my towel.
The service and hospitality were excellent, our room was immaculate and even had a jacuzzi on the balcony, which made the stay extra special; fresh towels were supplied daily. The hotel is within walking distance of Fira, and a bus stop is just a 3‑minute walk away, so getting around was very convenient. Breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of hot and sweet dishes that were freshly prepared on the spot, and the pool bar stayed open late, which was perfect for relaxing with a drink. We were absolutely delighted and would definitely recommend this hotel, and we would happily return.
