Great friendly welcome from reception, always very helpful, as are all the staff in the hotel. Clean spacious light room with a comfortable bed, flat screen TV, etc., free parking and wifi. 5 min walk from train station, 15 min walk to Torquay sea front. Great value for the money, thank you again.

Absolutely nothing full of homeless people and drug addicts wasn’t staffed so the kicking of doors and shouting went on for ages. 🙄 will never stay here again. Maybe warn people

Nothing tbh. Everything about this place. Full of drug users. & can't ever find the staff . When we got to the room the fan was CAKED in dust. Also lamp by bed was dusty as hell Verrrry basic
