“Amazing experience”
The owners were super helpful and nice. Parking was easy. Breakfast was superb. The in‑house onsen was great. It’s right in front of a bus stop that goes to nearby ski resorts. I want to thank the lodging for rescuing us during a snowstorm when our car couldn’t climb the hill back to the accommodation as night fell. They came and picked us up at a random 7eleven parking lot, arranged for our car to be looked after, drove us back up to the lodging, and then brought us back down to the 7eleven to collect the car, clear the snow off it, and help us throughout the ordeal. At no point did he sigh or look unhappy—God sent! I had to leave early because my husband hurt his knee while snowboarding.
