“Sauber, in die Jahre gekommen, schreckliches Frühstück”

KeyOne’s requests were quickly and unhelpfully denied, both in writing and over the phone. The hotel offered earlier breakfast times at 7:00 am! Initially hesitant but eventually it worked—thanks! The hotel feels very old, and I’ve never experienced such a minimal breakfast in Austria. The request for a boiled egg was met with “then I have to make it extra” and on the second day there was none left! I could list countless issues; we were absolutely dissatisfied for the decent price we paid.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay. The room’s facilities could be improved for the price; the carpet in the rooms is unacceptable in my opinion.

“Toller Stopover, wahnsinnig schöne Umgebung.”

The food at the restaurant was very good, and free lift tickets for the neighboring lift are included. That’s great.

“Nett mit Luft nach oben”

The hotel’s location was great, right next to the base station and bus stop, but the balcony furniture was borderline: broken and rusted, no table, a fridge in the room would have been nice. Breakfast was rather limited; the warm rolls and coffee from the bulk brewer weren’t mandatory!
