I was quite disappointed with the service at this hotel, particularly in the restaurant. The staff seemed completely unprepared to handle guests, as evidenced by the fact that they presented us with the bill while we were still enjoying the buffet. What's even more astonishing is that no one bothered to greet us when we first entered the restaurant. Despite this, the rest of our stay was pleasant.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. However, I encountered some difficulties due to the limited English proficiency of the hotel staff, which made communication challenging at times.
