The location is quiet and the hotel is well connected to public transport. Having a fridge and kettle is very handy. The cleanliness of the building is lacking; items you use directly were fine, but the windows were very dirty and there were greasy dust layers on lamps, window frames, etc. The lower area where laundry is stored and lockers are kept gives a very grimy impression. The door signs at the entrance are poorly taped, so it seems they rarely clean there.

The bed was good. Checking in was problematic because no staff were present.

The room was very bright and the view of the canal was pleasant. The hotel offers a luggage storage service in lockers to allow guests to continue their stay in town before check‑in or after check‑out, but when we asked to use it after check‑out it was impossible because all four lockers were occupied, which is fewer than the total number of rooms.

I liked how simple and straightforward the self‑check‑in was. We never met the host face‑to‑face, but we appreciated that whenever we reached out—whether via a message on Booking or by calling the property’s phone number—he replied right away. If we return to Rotterdam, we’ll definitely book here again; everything was excellent. No issues to note; any tiny glitches were fixed immediately after we sent a message.

“Muy linda ubicación”

The room was very good and comfortable, with everything you need for the stay. Lockers were available to leave luggage if your trip was after check‑out. The stairs were so narrow that it was difficult to go up and down, especially with large suitcases.
