We loved the location and the host. Communication from start to finish was brilliant. There was no problem with late‑night check‑in and the kids were very happy with all the animals, bikes, games, etc. Thank you for all that.

The pension sits just a 15‑minute drive from both Schladming and Flachau, and the ski lifts are practically at the door. It made getting on the slopes super easy, and we didn’t have to worry about transport once we were there.

Breakfast was solid – fresh bread every morning, eggs, and a decent selection of cold cuts. The hotel is tucked in a quiet area, about 300‑400 m from the ski runs, so you can hear the lifts but still enjoy some peace. We drove to Flachau and the surrounding slopes without any trouble, and the on‑site parking even had a charging point for electric cars. The neighborhood is small but has a handful of eateries, including a surprisingly good pizzeria.

The location itself is nice, close to the main attractions, but the building feels a bit dated and could do with some investment and a proper refresh. As it stands, you get a good spot but the rooms need a makeover.
