The pool isn’t heated due to the energy crisis, the “phantom” hammam, the toilet VMC wired backwards spreading odors into the room, the non‑working air conditioning, and a terrace that hasn’t been cleaned in ages with broken flower pots.

The staff gave an excellent welcome and were very caring, but the restaurant was pricey and the room décor felt a bit dated, though it was very clean.
