If you just need a place to sleep, this works fine—the room is clean, stocked with amenities, and the renovated apartment even has a mini‑kitchen, pots, a TV and a fridge, which is rare at this price. The front desk gives you a bottle of mineral water and there’s no curfew (though that might affect security). It’s a 30‑minute ride from Tagajo Station, so it’s not ideal for train travelers, and the nearest convenience store is about a 15‑minute walk. The building looks old because it’s a refurbished apartment, and there’s no elevator in the three‑storey block, plus a strange odor lingers.
