Breakfast was convenient because it was close to the station, but the food in the restaurant didn’t match the menu – the “potatisklyftor” turned out to be fries – and you’re expected to leave a tip.

The location was good, but the shower area was totally worthless – cramped, the toilet seat and floor were splashed, the shower handle didn’t stay on, and there was no shelf for a toiletry bag. I told the staff, who said they were still refurnishing rooms, and I’ll never stay in room 114 again!

The breakfast was really nice, and having a kettle and coffee grounds in the room was a plus, especially since they offered decaf. The toilet paper was a disaster – it was so thin it seemed like even the cheapest hostel wouldn’t provide that.
