I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had a good time; the location was great and the owner was extremely friendly. The room was kept clean, and I stayed on the 3rd floor where breakfast was delivered daily. However, near the center of Ubud there seem to be many chickens, so if you’re an early‑riser or sensitive, it might be troublesome.

Santana and his family made us feel at home right away, even though my daughter and I arrived late; as vegans, the breakfasts they prepared were delicious, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Bali—thanks, Santana.

The room is quiet and clean, the family is very friendly and helpful, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants and Ubud center.

The hosts were incredibly kind, the place was clean, the breakfast lovely, close to the city center, the rooms were large, the terrace spacious, coffee could be made in the room, and staying among locals was a great experience; the only downside was the hard beds.
