It’s a scam. The building has been abandoned for a long time; when you arrive the person in charge of the adjacent space tells you that several guests with reservations have already arrived but the owner can’t be located, so you have to find another place on your own. Booking tried to locate the host but hasn’t responded, and to date I haven’t received a refund from Booking despite the evidence that this is a scam. Booking should review its hosts carefully to avoid scamming people. I did not stay because the building was abandoned.

“Incómodo”

The spot is great, but the host was a nightmare – I had to walk several blocks to locate him, he didn’t even greet me or hand over the key and claimed he didn’t know I was arriving. I also ran out of water every afternoon for the whole stay.

The location is ideal in the city center, right next to shops, restaurants and public transport, making for a very pleasant stay. The sound insulation is terrible, with constant traffic noise all day and night, plus an infestation of insects including cockroaches. The hot water system is extremely dangerous and poses an electric shock risk.

“Precio justo para lo que ofrece”

Si lo que buscas es estar cerca de la playa y de los antros gays donde la noche sucede, a buen precio está es tu opción. En lo personal buscaba un lugar para dormir un rato, regresar de la playa, bañarme y volver a la diversión hasta el amanecer. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad. A la entrada a los departamentos les falta mantenimiento y que sea agradable a la vista. Ya que de pronto ves como si fuera una vecindad, mal pintada y sucia. Tuvimos problemas con el baño, aunque muy atento le dieron mantenimiento nunca quedó al 100 y teníamos que bajarle a la palanca 3 o 4 veces a demás de destaparlo

The location is decent, but the website info doesn’t match what we found – the area is in very bad condition and doesn’t justify the price.
