I stayed with my family for four nights and got a room with a double bed, a single bed, and an extra mattress that the hotel arranged for us. The view of the river was absolutely fantastic. Hot water ran from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but the manager kindly turned it on on demand for our infant, which we really appreciated. The staff was very helpful throughout, especially Ajmal. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Abdul Rehman, the manager, was excellent: friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only drawback was the unreliable Wi‑Fi, which would often stop working for hours.

When I arrived they didn’t have a room and told me we hadn’t confirmed the booking. They didn’t confirm it.

The hotel’s location is the only thing worth mentioning. The staff were friendly, but the cleanliness was substandard: the bedsheet wasn’t cleaned, the mattress was bad, the heater was available for extra charge but not enough for –30 °C, and the instant gas geyser was shared by two rooms, which wasn’t enough for both.
