Everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent.

When we got to the hotel we asked reception for a quiet room at the back. They told us that even though our room faced the front, there were very few cars and the noise wouldn’t be an issue. We didn’t sleep more than 4 hours each night. The room actually faced a bar with loud patrons, and the cars and motorbikes outside were also very noisy. We couldn’t change rooms even though we stayed for seven days. I was handed a packet of gluten‑free biscuits and rusks for breakfast, even though I had already told them I can’t eat gluten.

The location is good. The room is very small, extremely noisy, the drain smells unpleasant, the bed creaks, there’s no socket in the bathroom, the breakfast is always the same with little variety, and they didn’t restock.
