The surroundings were peaceful and the staff excellent; Sarah and Mary were especially delightful. We enjoyed the lake view, hippo sightings, monkeys, and all the other animals that visited. The beds were comfortable and the grounds clean and beautiful. There was some intermittent noise at night from the road—loud trucks and heavy machinery could be heard, which didn’t bother my children but could disturb a light sleeper. The pool and towels cost extra, affordable, but we hadn’t planned for it. Adding a shared clothesline or a place for guests to dry clothes would be helpful, and attaching string to the bottom of the tents would keep monkeys out. :)

We enjoyed a great stay at this beach camp: the facilities were spotless, the beds comfy, and the tents roomy and snug; the pool was lovely for unwinding, and the restaurant lounge’s evening fire added a cozy vibe; breakfast was tasty, and overall the camp delivered good value; it’s close to Lake Oloiden, Lake Naivasha, and not far from Hell’s Gate National Park; the staff were very friendly and welcoming all the way; I’d definitely recommend Naivash West Beach Camp for anyone seeking a relaxed, comfortable getaway. From the hotel, everything was nice—no complaints.
