A very friendly and helpful lady, but the house had a strong mold smell and dampness, and the walls were quite deteriorated.

The house could have been acceptable if not for the persistent mold odor that hit you right upon entering. The only perk was the parking space. The walls were covered in damp patches, and the ongoing mold smell made breathing uncomfortable; the bedding was too hard, and there was no hot water for showers, which was disappointing.
