“Voltaria ao hotel”
Everything worked very well, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was comfortable. The stairs were unhelpful, and they refused to provide hot water outside breakfast hours.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the town was a short walk from the hotel.

The place sits in a great spot, costs a fair price, and the breakfast was good; the family running the hotel was friendly and helped us out. Everything matched the description, and the walk to the main shopping and cultural street was short. We enjoyed the nice views and the peaceful swimming pool, and the staff were very helpful, translating in English and arranging a taxi when we were in a tough spot. The pool might feel a bit cold, and the sun terrace gets shady in the afternoon; there are steps down to the pool area, but staff offered to help with luggage if needed.

The staff were fantastic, especially Roberta who assisted us during a crisis when all flights were cancelled. She helped us book a train to Palermo and asked us to text her upon arrival. If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. Nothing else.
