Very cozy; even though I had plans and things to do outside, I felt like staying in the room all day because it was warm and comfortable inside while it was cold outside, and I could sleep without hearing the tourist noise.

I liked my room; it was spacious, had a good hot shower, and was close to shops and a café. The staff were exceptional, especially Ulgen who sorted a few things out for me. The buffet breakfast was lovely. Nothing else.

The location was perfect as a restaurant, shops are within walking distance, and the homemade healthy breakfast was excellent. The morning balloon view was the cherry on top. The staff were very helpful, and special thanks to Ulgen for making our stay comfortable by planning our activities. Highly recommended.
