Everything—warm reception, Roberto’s patience and willingness. The room is a real gem, well kept and fully equipped. It was the only room where we found bottled water in the fridge and coffee pods for the morning. Small gestures of care for travelers are always appreciated. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer. If I return to Umag, I’ll definitely remember Roberto and his hospitality. The property offers motorcycle parking.

The room was meticulously maintained in every detail. It also comes with a minibar, kettle and coffee machine. Everything a person might need is there, even a drying rack! Great hospitality and a prime location—just a few steps to the sea and the center. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was blown away by how flawless everything was; the owner was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, the apartment itself feels modern, cozy, and packed with great gear, plus spotless. The spot is spot on, just a short walk from both the beach and the city center, so we loved it and would definitely recommend it.
