“Breakfast was a joke”
The place was well situated and the bed and shower were comfortable, yet the breakfast fell short and there was no 24‑hour tea or coffee.

Being close to IUP and a McDonald’s was convenient, but the room was filthy, heavy with marijuana odor, and had mysterious white powder on the floor, an unclean nightstand, a never‑dust‑cleaned carpet, and dried blood on the sheets; a full refund is warranted.

There was no juice, the area was unclean, and the selection was minimal. The bathroom was filthy, with hair in the shower and a shower head that was falling out of the wall. The ceiling was peeling, the floor had dirt, hair, and bugs, the toilet was unclean with visible pee stains and hair, and the whole building smelled terrible.

The only good thing was the location. Upon entering, the place smelled of stale cigarettes and marijuana. The room was dirty with stains on the bed, hair on the sink and toilet, crayon scribbles on the walls, broken lights, no iron pad, and a residue on the mirrors; baby roaches crawled over the walls.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we managed to check in early. It sits in the same plaza as Walmart and a McDonald’s is within walking distance, and it’s only 3‑4 miles from the university. The lobby feels like an 80s Vegas motor motel, with small gambling machines. Breakfast was just Hostess Honey Buns and chocolate‑covered donuts, and the coffee creamer was from the grocery store; we ended up eating at McDonald’s instead. It wasn’t fancy, but it wasn’t overpriced and worked for a one‑night stay; if you’re okay with a no‑frills, reasonably priced hotel, it fits the bill.
