“No pegamos ojo.”
The bed was uncomfortable, the pillow was too high. It was very noisy—plumbing sounds and conversations from neighboring rooms were loud, and the rooms were poorly ventilated.

The newly renovated bathroom is very clean and welcoming. I don’t understand why they called me before 9 am on Sunday to ask if I had paid for the stay, especially since you don’t get a key if you haven’t paid and they already have my card on file from the booking.

The hotel is pretty good. My room was very clean, the furniture was fine. The comments say it’s old. One thing is old, another is rustic. It’s a grill hotel, an old house vibe. Still, the furniture is perfect. I don’t even sleep 7 straight hours at home, but I did here. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. We didn’t hear any noise, and the tiny fire alarm light didn’t bother us. The air worked fine, even though it was cold. The location for our Jarama plan was great. I made a couple of requests for the room and they were handled without problem. The staff were very friendly. And the parking, even though it’s not reserved and you can run out of space, we never ran out; there were plenty of spots. That’s great for me. Nothing bad, but suggestions: add a lamp or night light, so you don’t have to turn on the overhead light before sleeping. Add a multi‑socket so you can charge both phones at night, because there’s only one outlet between the two beds. The other is in the bathroom. And in the bathroom, add more amenities or have them available at reception; I forgot my comb and they didn’t have one, and being a one‑star hotel I thought they might, but they only provide bath soap and a hand soap tablet, which is fine. And maybe a mini‑fridge so you can keep things cold in the room. But those are just suggestions! I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the stay!

The location is very good, free parking, a restaurant below with very good options. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The restaurant food was fine. The room was super old with a strong mothball smell and odors from the restaurant that seeped into the rooms. In the shower there were disgusting mold patches and it was unhygienic, not to mention the constant noise from early morning due to the kitchen’s proximity. It was a mess. The flickering smoke detector light was uncomfortable for sleeping.
