This was so nice, to have your own little 'cottage' in what felt like a rainforest. A 6min drive to the volcano. Great facilities and super nice hosts. It rained almost the whole time! Definitely not the fault of the property but just be prepared!

The proximity to Volcano National Park, the atmosphere, and the frogs singing at night made the stay perfect.

The location in the forest and the closeness to the volcano park were great, and the host was friendly. The room was small, smelled damp, and the breakfast was inadequate.

The place was comfortable. There was no air conditioning, so it felt a bit humid. It wasn’t hot because it’s at 1200 meters elevation, so that wasn’t an issue, but the humidity was noticeable—still more than acceptable.

The lodge’s location was nice, tucked into nature and very close to the volcano, and the service was exceptional. The lodge itself was humid and a bit smelly, and there wasn’t enough storage space.
