The pictures made it look nice, but the room they gave me was outside the complex, infested with bugs, and the walls were moldy.

The staff on the property were super friendly. The location by the sea was also great, and with an upgrade you can stay several days there. The new room was clean except for a few spots on the sheets. The bathroom was clean but old. The value for money was top. We had to upgrade because the basic room was terrible: it smelled of smoke, the bathroom had no sink, the sheets smelled of smoke, the walls were old, and it wasn’t very clean. After the upgrade it was noticeably better. Just skip the cheapest room category.

The pool was great, the room was clean, nothing much, and the laundry was luxurious.

The place was clean. Getting on the bus was a hassle.

The staff were helpful. The cleanliness needs work; the place isn’t very hygienic, the lighting is poor, and the actual condition doesn’t match the online pictures.
