The breakfast was amazing, but the lady at the breakfast desk wasn’t friendly. The area feels very scary and unsafe, with a lot of police presence indicating dangerous situations. The parking lot was extremely crowded and poorly lit at night.

The rooms were very modern and spacious. Breakfast didn’t open until 6:30 am, which is too late for business travelers.

I was told on the app that breakfast would start at a different time, but it actually began 30 minutes later at the hotel, ruining our schedule and leaving us without breakfast—a critical mistake for anyone on a tight timetable.

It’s next to Easton, but as soon as we approached the room we could smell weed coming from a dispenser right next to the hotel. Knowing this before booking would have changed our decision. The hallway was constantly busy with people running up and down, sounding like kids jumping on beds, so we didn’t get the rest we needed. I spoke with someone at checkout who applied points generously, but I’d have preferred a quieter stay. We like your hotels, just not this one.
