The staff were friendly, but none of the menu items were available. When I tried to order, they had to fetch the items and then they were prepared incorrectly. I waited over 5 hours for a salad! I couldn’t eat breakfast because I don’t eat heavy foods, and they only had the items listed for breakfast. When I chose cereal, there was no milk, so I literally couldn’t eat at all during the 3 days I was there, which caused illness. The manager seemed indifferent and only offered apologies instead of fixing the problem. We were still charged for their negligence and lack of service. The pool had no water the entire time, even though they said it would be filled the next day after our check‑in.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that fell woefully short of my expectations. The lack of basic amenities, such as water in the bathroom, was a major letdown. To make matters worse, I had to endure the inconvenience of having water brought up to my room in a bucket, and the staff's early morning visit to inquire about it was particularly jarring. The hotel's gym equipment was also in a state of disrepair, and to top it all off, I was left without access to hot water.
