The room was high up with a nice view, and the gentleman and breakfast staff were friendly and smiling 😀. The hotel is a Moscow branch, the reception never smiles, the shower was clogged, the noise… it feels cold (not warm).

The room looked nice. The beach area outside the front desk had a shade and chairs for guests, but people used them until the afternoon…🫨🫨

I liked the beachfront spot and the great breakfast, and the staff were a highlight, especially the helpful bellboy and the lady at the egg station. But our first room had mold, a leaking tub, and poor insulation that let in constant beach noise and music. Beach noise started at 6 AM and would resume in the late afternoon. We were told we’d be moved at noon, yet we didn’t get relocated until 1:30 PM. We were promised an 18th‑floor room when we spoke to the front desk, but instead we were moved just across the hall, not to the 18th floor, which made the stay restless.

We came back to this hotel after a great first visit, so we had to return. The staff were very friendly and helped with everything we needed. Special thanks to Phuong the reception manager, Dat in the restaurant, and the other staff, including the friendly girls who serviced our nice room. These people are the main reason we’re back; we WILL return. Many thanks, Mark & Anne, New Zealand.
